Whether you're facing stress, uncertainty, or just need someone to listen, you are welcome exactly as you are. You don't need to have everything figured out. What services do you offer?

We offer individual counseling, group therapy, career guidance, and crisis intervention services.

Is counseling confidential?

Yes, all counseling sessions are confidential. Information shared during sessions is protected and will not be disclosed without your consent, except in cases where there is risk of harm to yourself or others.
