Executive Master's in Business Administration

The Executive MBA is a management leadership program designed to help students in senior management roles guide the strategic directions of their organizations, learn how to address various business issues, and find out how to have an impact on their firm. As the leader, they will get knowledge on how to inspire the entire staff to strive toward the organization's mission and improve the lives of the clients they serve. 

It is also a place where senior managers may communicate, collaborate, and exchange ideas with academics, experts, and business practitioners from corporate and non-government organizations. 

By the end of the program, MBA-SCM students would be able to: 

• apply theories and concepts to provide innovative and creative solutions to business problems using various decision-making tools from an executive standpoint with honesty, fairness, truth and integrity; 

• create business opportunities in response to the emerging trends and issues at the local and international levels; 

• employ managerial and leadership skills in dealing with people of various disciplines and cultural backgrounds while exhibiting professionalism, good governance, and Lasallian values; 

• practice professionalism as business leaders while observing ethical standards in dealing with the different stakeholders, including the vulnerable and marginalized sectors of the society; 

• design innovative and effective communication channels in the implementation of corporate strategies; 

• formulate strategic plans for business value creation in a sustainable, socially responsible, and ethical manner while considering the needs of the community in a collaborative effort; 

• propose programs for economic and social transformation as well as environmental sustainability in response to national and global challenges; and 

• prepare a Management Research Paper (MRP) to recommend effective organizational strategies.
