About CDLM

The Center for Digital Learning Management takes charge of providing technologically driven learning, instruction and support through faculty and student training on the use of up-to-date platforms. It supervises the University's virtual learning environment and monitors the Schoolbook utilization.

    • Maintain up-to-date monitoring tools for LMS performance.

  2. Provide Comprehensive LMS Orientation and Training

    • Ensure faculty, students, and parents are proficient in using Schoolbook and related tools.

  3. Regularly Monitor and Improve LMS Usage

    • Track adoption and performance, implement updates based on feedback.

  4. Foster Collaboration and Communication

    • Maintain strong communication channels among stakeholders.

    • Equip the CDLM team and faculty with the latest digital teaching practices 

Vision

The Center envisions the University to be a leader in producing globally competitive graduates who are fully equipped with 21st century skills (collaboration, digital literacy, critical thinking and problem-solving) through teaching and learning excellence. 

Mission

The Center enhances learning through appropriate use of technology to provide students with 21st century education. The Center will support administrators, faculty, students, and other stakeholders in the development of an effective learning environment in both the physical and digital domains of the University.

Schoolbook Maintenance and Administration 

Functions: 

  • Automate assistance in enrollment and class creation. 

  • Conduct regular system audits for accuracy and security. 

  • Provide technical support for SSO login, class sync, and module import. 
     

Monitoring: 

  • Track LMS adoption 

 

Workshops and Activities 

  • Orientation Sessions: Live and recorded LMS training for faculty, students, and parents. 

  • Hands-on Practice: Demonstrations and exercises via Learning Paths for LMS proficiency. 

  • Feedback Mechanism: Continuous improvement based on participant feedback.
