Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management
The Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management program prepares educators and would-be school administrators with functional philosophies, theories, research-based management practices based on the needs of the academic community of the region and the country, with emphasis on administration and supervision of schools.

Program Goals
By the end of the program, SMHCM students would be able to:
analyze human capital management theories and develop concepts and innovative solutions to human capital management problems using various decision-making tools, and actual Philippine cases;
formulate strategies that maximize the global human capital management challenges and opportunities and develop relevant human resource business cases;
develop the 21st-century leadership skills among human capital management practitioners, learning to respect diversity when dealing with people from various disciplines and cultural backgrounds, and develop workplace policies and practices that promote inclusion;
value workplace professionalism and ethical standards when carrying-out human capital management decisions;
improve communication skill and develop effective labor negotiation strategies; and
propose solutions to a human capital management problem using a capstone project.

39 Other Requirements 21 Passing the Written Comprehensive Examination (WCE) upon completion of the basic, major and cognate courses.
Publication
Publication in a nationally or internationally refereed and indexed journal.
The student must have at least one publication with a publication date that is within the student’s residency in the program reflecting the name of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas as the student’s institutional affiliation.
