Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology

The Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology is a 51-credit course of study in which students are required to take core courses (21 credits) in industrial psychology, organizational psychology, cognitive psychology, and social psychology. These are complemented by courses (6 credits) in research design and statistical methods. 

Students also must take required basic courses (12 credits) and must also complete a thesis course (3 credits). A written thesis of potentially publishable quality is required to earn the M.A. degree. This graduate-level program aims to adhere to the scientific-practitioner model that aims to produce graduates who can spearhead and significantly contribute to their respective workplaces in the CALABARZON, NCR areas, and even overseas.
