Masters in Business Administration

The regular MBA program aims to provide would-be managers and mid-level managers with a strong foundation in concepts, principles, and competencies in business administration that will support their development as effective managers. This program also teaches how to apply management and business theories in real-world work settings and how to become competent at coming up with the creative business solutions that are required for running businesses. This is a multi-disciplinary management program. 

By the end of the program, MBA-Regular students would be able to: 

• apply theories and concepts to provide innovative and creative solutions to business problems using various decision-making tools; 

• analyze management challenges and opportunities, both local and international, and propose action plans based on professionalism, good governance, and Lasallian values; 

• employ leadership skills in dealing with people of various disciplines and cultural backgrounds; 

• demonstrate professionalism in the workplace and observe ethical standards in dealing with the different stakeholders of business organizations, including the vulnerable and marginalized sectors of the society; 

• communicate through various business channels and/or multimedia, such as oral and written, to aid in the implementation of effective strategies; 

• demonstrate commitment to economic and social transformation as well as environmental sustainability in response to national and global challenges; and 

• prepare a thesis paper that will focus on the verification, validation, contextualization, and/or application of theoretical knowledge. management-level communication problem using a capstone project.
