Specialized Masters in Human Capital Management (1-year)
The Master for Human Capital Management program is the initial program under the Specialized Masters Series. It aims to make an available graduate program for young executives who may have minimal professional experience or newly graduated. Also, it will tap the HR practitioners who wish to re-tool and advance their knowledge on their field with an opportunity to conduct an independent study on a firm and propose solutions that will rectify an existing program without going through the rigors of a 4-year graduate program. The program also aims to develop HR practitioners to become strategic, practical, and ethical in their business decisions while equipping them with the necessary skills on the HR technology and practices today.

Program Goals
By the end of the program, SMHCM students would be able to:
analyze human capital management theories and develop concepts and innovative solutions to human capital management problems using various decision-making tools, and actual Philippine cases;
formulate strategies that maximize the global human capital management challenges and opportunities and develop relevant human resource business cases;
develop the 21st-century leadership skills among human capital management practitioners, learning to respect diversity when dealing with people from various disciplines and cultural backgrounds, and develop workplace policies and practices that promote inclusion;
value workplace professionalism and ethical standards when carrying-out human capital management decisions;
improve communication skill and develop effective labor negotiation strategies; and
propose solutions to a human capital management problem using a capstone project.
