The Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management with specialization in Culinary and Food Service Administration of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas prepares students with the proper training and exposure to become skilled and effective practitioners in the hotel and restaurant industry.
Program Goals
Students who successfully complete the BS IHM CFSA are expected to:
Produce food products and services that are not only industry standard compliant but also innovative
Provide food and beverage service and manage operations seamlessly based on industry standards
Perform and provide full guest cycle services for guest and facility operations
Apply cruise service management knowledge and skills
Plan, organize, and execute events
Plan and implement entrepreneurship in hospitality
Plan and implement a risk management program to provide a safe and secure workplace
Use appropriate technologies to enhance the quality and delivery of hospitality products, services, and customer experiences.
Adopt green and sustainable practices
Promote Filipino heritage in products and services.
