Housing Application & Resident Information

Applying for a dormitory slot is simple. Follow these steps:

1. Visit the Dormitory Office

Fill out an application form on site.

2. Pay Reservation Fees

Pay 3 months security deposit
Pay advance rental fee for August (At the Accounting Office)

3. Submit Requirements

Proof of enrollment
Certificate of Registration

4. Sign the Dormitory Contract

Slots are first come, first served—so apply early!

Reserve Now

These help ensure a peaceful and orderly dorm community:

A Contract of Lease must be signed before moving‐in.
Returning residents must reserve on or before May 31.
Rooms must be vacated and cleared after the contract expires.
Electricity is sub‑metered; water has a fixed ₱100 monthly rate.
Rent and bills must be paid to the university cashiers.
Rooms are for lodging only—furniture cannot be removed or altered.

Residencia San Miguel

Premium Residence for Female Lasallian Students
Residencia San Miguel is a premium residence hall dedicated to female Lasallian students, which welcomed residents since 2024. Formerly home to the De La Salle Brothers, the residence has been transformed to provide a comfortable, secure, and upscale living environment within the university.
