Vehicle Entry & Parking
To keep the DLSU-D campus safe, organized, and secure, only registered vehicles with a valid DLSU-D vehicle sticker are allowed to enter the University premises.
Whether you're a student, employee, dorm resident, or official visitor, make sure your vehicle is properly registered before driving onto campus.
Who Can Apply for a Vehicle Sticker?
Vehicle stickers are issued to:
- Students
- Employees
- Dormitory residents
- POLCA officers
- Concessionaires and suppliers
- Accredited school service providers
- Visitors with official University business
All applications are processed by the General Services Office (GSO).

- The GSO accommodates up to 150 applicants per day, based on the online application cut-off.
- Payments are accepted online only via:
- Maya (debit or credit card)
- QRPH (e-wallet)
- Only vehicles with a valid sticker for the current school year are allowed entry.
- Each applicant may register one (1) vehicle only.
- Vehicles must be registered under:
- the applicant’s name, or
- their spouse or parents.
- Stickers are not a substitute for your school ID.
- Stickers are valid for one school year only.
If a student does not enroll in the second semester or is on LOA, the sticker is automatically cancelled.
Note: Vehicle sticker applications are submitted online through the student or faculty portal.
- Public utility vehicles (jeepneys, taxis, yellow-plated vehicles)
- Government vehicles (red plates)
- Heavily tinted, smoke-belching, lowered vehicles (below 6.5” clearance), or those with loud mufflers
- Maximum speed limit: 20 kph
- Park only in designated areas (first-come, first-served)
- No overnight parking
- Engine idling beyond 3 minutes is prohibited
- Follow all road signs — no unnecessary honking or obstruction
- Campus security may inspect vehicles upon entry and exit
The University is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
- Helmet with ICC sticker is required
- Helmets must be removed at the gate for identification
- Only one (1) back rider is allowed, also wearing a helmet
Due to the increasing number of student-owned vehicles, designated parking areas are available within the East and West Campuses, exclusively for students.
Application Requirements
- Completed application form
- OR and CR
- Certification from matron (if dorm resident)
- Certification from MRO Head (if applicable)
- Endorsement from Prefect Office (for HS students)
- Bank or financing certification (for mortgaged vehicles)
- College of Law, CPGS, and Third-Party Providers:
Applications are processed every Saturday (Sept. 6, 13, 20, & 27) - Company-assigned vehicles require a company certification
- Vehicles owned by non-immediate relatives require:
- Authorization letter
- Proof of relationship
- Vehicle inspection is conducted at Gate 1 and Gate 4 Parking Lot
- Present your online application to Security Personnel
- Once approved, proceed to the GSO Counter for verification
