Guidance and Counseling Services

College life can be exciting—and overwhelming at the same time. Our guidance and counseling services are here to support you as a whole person, not just as a student. Whether you’re facing stress, uncertainty, or just need someone to listen, you are welcome exactly as you are.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Reaching out is already a strong first step.

A safe space to talk, reflect, and heal.

Our counseling services are designed to help you manage personal, emotional, and psychological concerns in a confidential, respectful, and non‑judgmental environment. Sessions may be conducted individually or in groups, depending on your needs.

Common reasons students seek counseling include:

  • Stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed
  • Difficulty adjusting to college life or transitions
  • Personal or family concerns
  • Relationship and social challenges
  • Emotional concerns such as sadness, anger, or low motivation
  • Mental health concerns
  • Needing someone to talk to without being judged

You can come in even if you’re unsure how to explain what you’re feeling. We will walk through it together, at your pace.
